Operation hours are from 10:00 to 17:00. Reservations received after 17:00 will be processed next day.
There is no elevator in our building and you will need to take stairs to reach each venue.
We will not be able to hold the event to accommodate delays.
If you are late, your reservation may be canceled.
Doors open 5 minutes before the scheduled time, but this may change depending on the situation.
Regardless of the reason, we charge a cancellation fee. Please check the cancellation policy for details. (Operated during operation hours. After 17:00, it will be treated as the next day.)
Bringing in food and drinks are not allowed.
Please refrain from bringing large luggage.
We are not responsible for any troubles between customers.
Please contact us if you would like to book a private reservation. There are separate regulations for private bookings.
Those who do not participate in the experience will not be allowed to enter.
Assistance fee (applicable products only)
– 50% of participation fee (1 person)
– One person will be subsidized for each person participating in the experience. (Multiple subsidies not possible)
– Experience materials and tools will be shared.

You can experience a combination of various courses. (excluding some)
Please note that in the event of cancellation, we will not be able to compensate for travel expenses to the venue.
If you make a same-day reservation (reservation made after 5:00 pm the day before), you will be charged the same-day reservation fee (per person). Please check each experience page for same-day prices.
If you drop some bean paste during the experience, you can purchase a new one for an additional 100 yen. (Applies to experiences using bean paste)
If you change the reservation date and time after a cancellation fee has been incurred, a specified fee will be charged.
Please make payment within 7 days of application. If there are less than 7 days between your application and the scheduled date, please pay by 5:00pm of the day before the scheduled date. (In case of same-day reservation, until the time of program time.) If payment cannot be confirmed by the above date, we may cancel your application.
We accept cash payment on the day for use at school events (excluding private reservations), but the same-day cash fee will apply.

If you cancel your reservation due to personal reasons, regardless of the reason, the following fees will be charged.

If you have cold symptoms such as a cough, you may be refused participation, so please take care of your health until the day of your participation.
Please refrain from talking loudly during the experience or while eating or drinking, and please cooperate by keeping conversations in a whisper.
If you are late for the start time, you may be able to join in the middle, but we will do our best to accommodate you, so please arrive on time.
If you wish to take home the Japanese sweets you have created, please enjoy them as soon as possible. Red bean paste in particular is easily damaged, so avoid carrying it outside for long periods of time.

Photos and videos for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited. If you would like interview, please apply in advance.
