Is it possible to have support in English?
We will do our best to accommodate English support depending on the situation on the day.
Additionally, we can guarantee English support for a fee of 5,500 yen per hour per group (3,300 yen for each additional 30 minutes).
If you would like to apply this service, please inform us at the time of booking.

Can I bring suitcases?
Please refrain from bringing large luggage.
How can I get to the store?
■By train:
- 1 minute walk from Exit 1 of Subway Karasuma Line “Gojo Station”.
- 10 minutes walk along Gojo-dori from Exit 3 of Keihan Line “Kiyomizu-Gojo Station”.
Is there a parking lot?
There is no parking lot, so please use a coin parking lot nearby.
Can children participate?
People of all ages, from young children to adults, can enjoy the experience.
If a child finds it difficult to participate alone, we offer an assistance option where one additional person can help each participant.

What is the “Helper fee”?
The Helper fee is an optional charge that allows one additional person to assist each participant who is deemed to need help, such as preschoolers. This fee is 50% of the experience fee.
Please note the following:
*Materials and tools for the experience will be shared.
*The Helper fee should be paid on the day of the event at the location.
*If you do not inform us in advance, we may not be able to prepare a seat for the additional person.
*This does not cover support from our staff to help participants.

Is it possible to enter the venue who does not take part in the experience?
Basically, entry is not allowed for individuals who are not participating in the experience.
Can I participate in a kimono?
Of course! Some participants do wear kimono.
Can I participate alone?
Yes, many of our guests join us on their own.
Can I take photos during the experience?
Yes, you are welcome to take photos or videos for personal use, as long as it does not disturb other guests.
However, please refrain from using or filming outside of your own experience space, and avoid commercial photography.
When taking photos, please be mindful not to capture other guests in the frame.
We encourage you to share your memories on social media! We’d love to see your experiences.

If you wish to use images or videos for commercial purposes, please submit a prior request for media coverage.

Same-day reservations are also possible.

I forgot to request the receipt when I paid in the store. Can you issue one afterward?
Unfortunately, we cannot issue receipts afterward.
